Practical Information

  • Getting to the restaurant

    The Don Juan restaurant is located at Port Henri IV in the 4th arrondissement.
    Welcome and check-in starts at 7:45 pm, Monday to Sunday
    Free parking is available if you are arriving by car
    Transfers by limousine are also available if you wish
  • Length of the cruise

    The cruise lasts from 8:30 pm to 11:15 pm every evening, but this time may vary depending on the weather conditions.
    All passengers are strongly urged to arrive on time for boarding. The boat leaves the quay at exactly 8:30 pm.
  • Attire

    Appropriate attire is required; however, wearing a tie and jacket is not mandatory. T-shirts, shorts, or any other sportswear is not accepted.
  • Don Juan II information

    Smoking is strictly prohibited on board the Don Juan II. The use of electronic cigarettes is also prohibited.
    For security reasons, it is forbidden to take the elevator to the top deck after 10 pm. Anyone descending after this time, regardless of the reason, will not be allowed back up.
    Animals are not allowed, except for service animals for persons recognized as disabled.

  • Items prohibited at the Don Juan II

    It is forbidden to bring objects into the restaurant or to the monument which, due to their purpose or characteristics, pose a risk to people or the installations, particularly:
    - weapons and ammunition,
    - explosive, inflammables or volatile substances,
    - bladed weapons likely to constitute a dangerous threat to the safety of the public and personnel,
    - tools (particularly box cutters, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.),
    - all excessively heavy, cumbersome, or foul-smelling items,
    - oversized bags or packages (at the discretion of the security agents at the monument's entrance),
    - any climbing or jumping gear (particularly bungee equipment or parachutes) as well as any type of propaganda material,
    - baby strollers that don't fold,
    - drinking glasses, glass bottles, beverage cans,
    - excessive quantities of food or drink (at the discretion of the security agents at the entrance).
    To check if bags comply with the size requirements, bag sizers are available to visitors at the four corners of the paved forecourt and at the security checkpoint at the Yacht’s entrance. Warning: Any item deemed unacceptable at the Don Juan II may be confiscated.

    Let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions. To cover your needs, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions at least 48 hours before the date of your dinner cruise by calling us at +33 (0) 1 44 54 14 71 or filling out our contact form.
  • Would you like to organize a surprise party for a birthday, anniversary or any other special occasion?

    The Don Juan II will reserve one or more of its areas for your private special events. The Don Juan II cannot be reserved for private functions outside the normal dinner cruise hours.   • What payment methods are accepted aboard the Don Juan II ?

    You can pay by cash, credit card, bank transfer, cheque or any other payment method accepted by the Service Provider.
  • What payment methods are accepted on the website ?

    You can pay by credit card on the website by entering your credit card number, expiry date and security code (CVV).

    Remote payment by credit card on the website is fully secured by the SSL protocol and is provided by an organisation specialising in secure online transactions.
  • Can I make a reservation without a credit card?

    Unfortunately, this isn't possible.
  • For reservations of more than 8 guests:

    For reservations of more than 8 guests, we recommend you make your reservation/quote request using our contact form.

    You have up until 3 business days before the date of your arrival to finalize the number of guests, and you will be billed based on this number.
